Dolce Vita is truly the "sweet life"! This three bedroom, three plus bath home is an exquisitely furnished town home with great ocean views and just a minute's stroll to the beach.
When entering Dolce Vita you'll enjoy a main floor master bedroom with a queen bed...one floor up is the open kitchen, dining and living area with large stone fireplace, detailed woodwork, hardwood floors and two decks---one for grilling and the other relaxing with the Pacific Ocean in the background. The kitchen is a cook's delight with granite counters, island seating and a table for 6 there is also a back deck with large gas-grill. The top floor offers two more bedrooms both with their own private baths, the master bedroom offers great ocean views and the family suite offers a queen bed and a cozy build in twin bed for the little ones. Don't forget to bring the family dog along as Dolce Vita welcomes well-behaved pups. Come share the sweet life at Dolce Vita!
Minutes from recreation, shopping, fine dining and the sights of Salishan, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City and Newport, there is always plenty to do nearby...whether you are visiting the Oregon Coast for a romantic getaway for two or a small family retreat Dolce Vita is a great place to get away from it all.
If accommodations are needed for more reserve Safe Harbor (just one townhome away) for a total of 6 bedrooms 6 full baths and 2 half bath - these two townhomes are great for business retreats or family gatherings, Also just steps way is Americana which can accommodate up to 12.

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations
Should the need to cancel arise between the date the reservation is made and 31 days prior to your arrival a refund of the initial rental charge will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. For cancellations that occur within 30 days of your arrival date the total rental charge will be non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are able to rebook your accommodations less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. No refunds will be given for medical emergencies, late arrivals or early departures. |

Because of this, we do not allow smoking or unauthorized pets in any of our rental homes. Bella Beach, Roads End and Cutler Point are small coastal communities and we ask that you restrict all sound and noise to a reasonable volume. Tenants and their guests must conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb any neighbors enjoyment of the community. We had such a great time at Dolce Vita. Everyone was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the beach access, park and playground - Bella Beach is great community. I loved the master bedroom upstairs, it was just beautiful to see the ocean and i loved the sun shinning in the windows in the morning. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was great...we ate most of our meals at the home and found all of the utensils and appliances very useful.
