Rio Sierra Riverhouse is a 2.5-acre landmark property on the pristine main fork of the Kaweah River. It’s located in the Sierra foothills mountain resort town of Three Rivers, CA. Just 6 miles to the north is the gate of Sequoia National Park, home to the gigantic Sequoia trees that are the biggest living things on the planet. The Master Suite at Rio Sierra has two large rooms with river views, plus bathroom, sundeck and bonus sun room. The suite includes refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, TV, telephone with unlimited U.S. long distance, and Internet access. Guests also enjoy access to the property’s river beach and, in summer, the town’s locally famous swimming hole known as Slicky. Rio Sierra is the relaxing place to pull up a beach chair. Hang out in a cabana. Take a walk along the river. Enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the Master Suite's private sundeck.

The course rating is 32.8 and it has a slope rating of 111. Designed by Bob Putman, the Three Rivers golf course opened in 1962. Eric Foster manages the course as the General Manager.
