The beaches of this neighborhood are among the most private on the island. A ten-minute walk along the beach or bike path will take you to Coligny Circle with its shops, fine and casual dining and markets. Unique in design, this single-level home features a sunken living area and separate dining area. The dining area has vaulted ceilings and skylights and leads to the private pool. Enclosed off the dining area is the laundry room.
