I just wanted to tell you that you were right - we had a fabulous vacation! Your house was great, as was the pool & other facilities. We are looking forward to staying there again next year and would definitely recommend your property family and friends. In fact, Paul referred a buddy from work that just booked with you & I have just forwarded your email address to my very good friends that will be coming down in July. In addition, friends of ours rented from you & on two separate occasions & both had nothing but positive things to report back. You are definitely a hit over here in Toronto!! "Wanted to let you know we arrived safely back in the UK on Saturday having spent two weeks in Orlando, based at your villa. It was perfect, and so much larger in real life than in the photographs! We were all thrilled with the Resort, and, like others who have commented before us, we spent one or two days around the Regal Palms Resort as respite from the Theme Parks.

The resort was fantastic - the pool was ideal for our two children, aged 10 and 5. The house was beautiful and is one of the best places we've ever stayed in. We certainly plan to return and hope your villa will be available to us. We are arguing at the moment how soon that will be - my husband says 4 years, I say 2 years and the children say next year. "Just a little note on how we made out at your townhome. We had a great time! Your place was exactly as shown and we were very happy, would recommend it anytime.

Thank you for the lovely accommodation at Regal Palms Resort. This is the second time we have been at this resort, first time in a 3 bedroom Villa on Highlands Reserve second time your townhouse. We liked the townhouse better because of all activities from the restaurant, the bar, the fitness club and the fantastic water park were all of 1-2 minutes away walking distance. The townhouse itself, well, basically you are walking into a new home. The beauty of this resort is that all Attraction Parks are all very close, 15 minutes max by car. But I have to admit, I am not sure who had the most fun at the Resort Water Park, me or my 4 and 5 year old kids. So thanks again and we will be speaking with you very soon for next year's dates. But I would be interested in the 4 bedroom this time. Going to invite my in-laws. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your 3 bed townhome in Florida. We were a little nervous at the thought, as didn't know you from Adam, and just had to put our trust in what you were telling us, and the photographs posted on the website. The complex was exactly as it looked on the website, in fact even better in "real life". It was exceptionally clean, and very homely. We couldn't get the safe to work, but asked at Reception and someone was down to sort it within the hour!! The staff were excellent and very efficient and polite. We have always stayed in a hotel before when visiting Florida, but would never do so again now. It was great having a fully equipped kitchen, with a large fridge, oven and dishwasher, etc. The washer/dryer was an added bonus, and made things so much easier. Thank you, Simon (feel I know you personally now) for always keeping us informed of any changes to the Resort, and your immediate response to my many emails and questions!!! I will definitely be recommending you to my friends, and would definitely stay with you again. I would also be happy for you to give anyone my email address in case they need a reference. Many thanks again for a fantastic holiday.

We had a fabulous time and were over the moon with Regal Palms. The house was lovely, just as it looked on your photos and was spotlessly clean. In fact the whole place felt like an 'old friend' as all your descriptions were so accurate. You were right, when asked, our 2 boys wanted to stay at the 'Resort pool' rather than go to the Disney Water Parks! The Resort was just right for us, plenty of space but not sprawlingly huge, you felt as if you were coming home. Your short cut directions to Disney were also spot on. We can't wait to go back. I am more than happy to provide a reference to anyone who needs one!

"Well what can we say that is new about the holiday at Regal Palms that has not already been said before? The house gave us a new slant on holidaying as for the first time we were not restricted to one room in a hotel and just desperate to get out and about. Having a whole house to ourselves and so many facilities on site gave us so much more and we really appreciated the greater sense of freedom to do what we wanted when we wanted. We were far more relaxed and felt no pressure to be out seeking thrills, & therefore we have more in store for our next visit although there were plenty of thrills that we tapped into, as this is almost mandatory with a Florida holiday. Regal Palms staff were excellent and the food in the restaurant was above average and not overly expensive. Nice bar especially on the ‘two for one’ nights and my son and I took full advantage of the offer. Our whole family loved the pool area spending many hours relaxing & swimming, except for the wife who just manages to float with assistance(!) We found the travelling from the Resort to the Attractions was no great problem.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will be repeating this when Lyn hits the magic 60. It was good to know that when we arrived at Regal Palms it was up to us to set the agenda for our holiday and not directed by resort reps to where they feel you should go. "Freedom" is the word we felt appropriate for our trip. Setting up the holiday without using an agency, apart from flights and car, allowed us to select where we wanted to go without being herded from pillar to post by others. Nice not to have to pay for pool heating which can add a significant amount to the overall costs. We certainly appreciated the honesty of "Simon" in our dealings with him and him not being fazed by the questions I asked. It was also appreciated that when my computer hard drive died he sent me copies of emails etc to my new set up to update me, as I failed to back up my files, & therefore relied on him to bring me back up to speed regarding where we were at with the holiday which he did with good grace.

My dealings with Simon have proved to be a joy. I have attached some photos of our experience".

"Just a quick note to tell you that we enjoyed our vacation. We found everything we needed in the villa and the resort facilities were "awesome" (in the words of our 2, 5 & 7 year olds). Thank you for making booking our vacation condo so easy! In addition I will also add that the resort is truly only about 12 minutes from Disney, without using your short cut, and with the grocery store 1 minute away it truly is a convenient location. I also love that I can get 4 bedrooms for the price of a hotel room. By the way, when we checked out my husband noticed the list of things you can rent from the resort - my husband said to the desk clerk that it seemed we had most of the items at no cost. The desk clerks said "Oh you must have gone thru Simon, he really takes care of his villas and his guests". Just thought you would want to know they speak highly of you at the resort! And using PayPal was easy and sure with no hidden fees or costs. When we arrived at the resort Reception our keys were ready with no hassle. We will be returning in June or July next year so I will keep your e-mail to check availability and pricing"

"We had a wonderful time staying in your 3 bedroom house at Regal Palms We couldn't believe how close it was to the swimming pool complex and the Clubhouse. Brilliant! The house itself is lovely. Its very spacious, clean and modern looking. The beds were especially comfortable which makes all the difference when you've spent a whole day walking around Theme Parks! Having a fully equipped kitchen is a huge bonus too. There were a few occasions when we had a nice relaxing lunch after spending the morning at the pool.

That brings me nicely to our favourite bit! We thought the swimming pool complex was really fantastic. We managed to take lots of pics of us and the kids on the slide. The lazy river was really good fun, especially as the water is heated! What a lovely way to relax...sitting in a tube, gazing at the beautiful surroundings. Bliss! We had a LOT of fun in the pool. Thanks again for a no-hassle holiday home.
