If you would like to feel you are in Disney and a 5 star executive suite this home is the one for you. fully tiled through dining and living area, bedrooms have carpet. It comprises of 4 bedrooms two being master bedrooms. The master bedroom Cinema has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of double vanity sinks, corner tub, separate walk in shower and wc. Also has access from bedroom to pool area. The second master bedroom Marriage Mouse has a queen bed also with en-suite bathroom which has bath tub/ over head shower, vanity sink and wc. The third bedroom Kingdom Mouse with two single beds. The fourth bedroom Road of the Cinema with two single beds. The two twin rooms share the third bathroom which has bath tub/over head shower, vanity sink and wc. 3 bedrooms have TV'S. The second master bedroom does not have a TV.
This home has FRIST CLASS furnishings throughout the home. The spacious dining room and great room with cable 42 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD with a selection of dvd's playstaion with also a selection of games, CD Player. Games room in garage with pool table, foosball Fully fitted kitchen with all updated appliances and not forgetting the washer and dryer. This beautiful and spacious villa is one of the closest to Disney Home fully AIR CONDITIONED Disney parks and all within 10 minutes drive. Sea-World, Universal and International Drive attractions only 20-25 minutes away. Within a mile are an abundance of nearby shops and restaurants. This central Florida location offers a great base to explore Gulf and Atlantic coastal attractions (Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center etc), within an hour drive. The Orlando area offers a wide variety of golfing, fishing and many other recreations. All bed linen and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.
NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT peritted inside our villas. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following your visit with us.
NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
