Property Information

Brand new villa is located in a conservation area over looking a private lake 2 miles from Disney World. With its own private fully screened pool. The villa consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. the Master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and ensuite and over looks the pool and lake. Bedroom two also has a queen-size bed. Bedroom three & four have 2 twin beds in each they are also theme rooms for the younger members of your party. We have many homes and many Happy Guests. check out our site.

The kitchen is fully fitted for all your requirements, with a breakfast area. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, & microwave, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils are all provided. Utility room with washing machine & dryer.

Air conditioning operates throughout the villa we also have ceiling fans throughout. The large spacious lounge looks out over the patio and lake. There is cable TV, a video recorder and CD player, There is a separate dining room.

The pool is south facing, there is a large selection of sun loungers & patio furniture for your use. Its the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunsets after a day at the parks, or one of the many other attractions that are on offer.

All linen and towels are provided, even pool towels. There is a maid service in between lets. First class management company on hand should you need advice on your holiday itinery, or Atraction tickets.

We are ideal situated for all of the attactions, and close to the Supermarket, Shops, Banks, Restaurants, and Splendid China Theme park. Orlando airport is only 20 minutes drive, and Sanford airport is 1 hour.
