This luxury four bedroom villa has air conditioning and a deluxe private screened and heated swimming pool and patio. It is located just two miles south of Highway 192. The luxury villa will accommodate eight to ten people very comfortably, with a crib and high chair available. It is equipped with all the facilities you could possibly need.
LIVING/FAMILY ROOM: The family room is open plan with 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, the latter converting to a double sofa bed. Cable TV, VCR, and CD/HiFi player and ceiling fan.
DINING ROOM: The formal open plan dining room seats eight, so the family can relax and enjoy their meals after a day at the theme parks.
KITCHEN: Large kitchen and breakfast dinette, fully fitted and equipped to the highest standard, with all modern conveniences, including breakfast bar, oven, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave oven, trash can, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and teapot. A kitchen table and four chairs allow breakfast to be eaten with the sun welcoming you with another day. All crockery and cutlery are provided together with glasses, utensils, iron and ironing board. A door from the kitchen leads to the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom with ceiling fan and cable TV has a queen size bed with bedside telephone. This bedroom overlooks the pool, has a large en-suite bathroom, twin corner bath, shower, and a his & hers vanity unit with twin sinks. It has a very large walk-in closet with a floor safe.
BEDROOMS 2, 3 AND 4: Bedroom 2 includes cable TV, queen size bed, and overlooks the pool. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds and share an adjoining full bathroom.
LUXURIOUS SWIMMING POOL! The sparkling swimming pool (14x28ft) can be heated for the winter months and is fully lit in the long hot evenings. There is a covered porch for some shade when it gets too hot. The whole area is screened to keep out insects and to keep the pool clean. At the deck area there are table/chairs, BBQ, and lounge chairs.
