Property Information
Villa Fantasia 1 is our four bedroom home. It has lush landscaping, on a quiet street. Villa Fantasia 1 was the model home for the Oak Island Cove development. It has too many upgrades to mention but you can be assured that you will be staying in the best landscaped and interior decorated home around.
When visiting Disney or the Orlando Area why settle for a hotel room when you can stay in your own luxury, vacation home, for less? We now have two vacation rental homes to choose from that are only three doors away from each other and "only 5 minutes to Walt Disney World". Whether you have a small family, large family, or multiple families, we can accommodate you.
Additional Rate Information
The nightly rates for Villa Fantasia vary according to month:
Discount Rate - $159 a night, plus tax; Jan., Sept.
Low Rate - $169 a night, plus tax; May, Oct., Nov., Dec.
Medium Rate - $179 a night; plus tax, Feb., March
High Rate - $189 a night, plus tax; June, July, August
Peak Rate - $199 a night, plus tax; Month of April, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years weeks - Full Week Rentals only
* Any stay less than 6 nights will incur a $75 house cleaning fee.
***Special Note - As of July 1, 2004 Florida Sales and Guest Tax will be 13%***
* $20 a day pool heat rate.
*$300 deposit required 90 days in advance to hold reservation.
*Deposit is Non-Refundable.
*Balance is due 60 days in advance.
*Once Balance is paid, it is Non-Refundable if cancelled within 60 days of check-in.

The pool and deck area is fully screened. There is an additional 30 feet of lawn area outside the screen with no neighbors behind you. It features an in ground heated pool, a 5 person hot tub, 4 loungers with cushions, outdoor dining for 10, pool towel holder and a propane BBQ grill. The lanai is accessed from 2 different sliding glass doors and now has cable TV. Whether it's sun you want or shade, you choose.
Fantasia One's fully finished, air conditioned, game room is incredible! It has an 7 foot commercial billiards table, a top of the line foosball table, an electronic dart board, Vegas Style Poker Chips with playing cards, chess, checkers, backgammon set, a cable TV, a stereo, with CD and cassette players, a futon, and a computer with "High Speed" internet access at no charge. That's right, no charge! So you can check your email, find discount tickets, make dinner reservations, or get directions, it's on us. Whether it's raining outside, or if you are back from a long day at the attractions, you can play to your hearts content in your own private, air conditioned game room. No other rental home can offer all that Villa Fantasia does. Every convenience has been thought of, and is at your fingertips. Adults, teenagers, or children, one family or two, this home accommodates everyone.
Our game room "is not a garage with a pool table in it". It is a fully re-done room with separate air conditioning and heat. It is always as comfortable as you want. Other homes claiming to have "game rooms" can't compare. All they do is put a pool table and air hockey table in a garage. There is no way to control the temperature. All of our guests have raved about our home, especially the game room. It really is useful on rainy days or for evening entertainment. Using the computer with it's free internet access can save you a lot of time and leg work and you can keep in touch by checking your email.
