Property Information
Villa Fantasia 2 is our Six Bedroom and Four, Full Bathroom Custom Designed Luxury Home. Villa Fantasia 2 is also located in Oak Island Cove and is a stones throw away (3 doors away) from Villa Fantasia 1. The property has been landscaped beautifully and is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Elegant wall sconces provide decorative lighting and motion detected safety lighting for the driveway and entrance to the home. You can park two cars in the driveway and also park on the street. It is allowed.
We have a large Lanai and Patio Area which surrounds the In Ground Heated Pool and Spa. There is a table with eight cushioned chairs for outside dining. Three cushioned chaise lounge chairs and three cushioned chairs with ottomans for your relaxation. There are also three little tables so you have a resting spot for your drinks. Since we already know you will be spending most of your time, while your at the home, in the pool area, we have added a TV to the lanai. We also have a pool towel holder. The entire pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out and the screen backs up to a brick wall which provides you with more privacy. There are no homes directly behind us. You will feel the ultimate in relaxation.
We even provide the pool towels!
Additional Rate Information
The nightly rates for Villa Fantasia 2 vary according to month:
Discount Rate - $209 a night, plus tax; Jan., Sept.
Low Rate - $229 a night, plus tax; May, Oct., Nov., Dec.
Medium Rate - $249 a night; plus tax, Feb., March
High Rate - $269 a night, plus tax; June, July, August
Peak Rate - $289 a night, plus tax; Month of April, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years weeks - Full Week Rentals only
* Any stay less than 6 nights will incur a $125 house cleaning fee.
***Special Note - As of July 1, 2004 Florida Sales and Guest Tax will be 13%***
* $25 a day pool heat rate.
*$500 deposit required 90 days in advance to hold reservation.
*Deposit is Non-Refundable.
*Balance is due 60 days in advance.

Fantasia Two's fully finished, air conditioned, game room is incredible, stylish and loads of fun! We had a professional design painter paint the room and a professional interior decorator accessorize it. You won't find a more stylish game room in any vacation home. You would be hard pressed to find such a room in a private home. It has an 7 foot commercial billiards table, a top of the line foosball table, an electronic dart board, Vegas Style Poker Chips with playing cards, chess, checkers, backgammon set, a cable TV, a stereo, with a three disk CD player , a sofa with ottoman that becomes a queen size bed when open, and a computer with "High Speed" internet access at no charge. That's right, no charge! So you can check your email, find discount tickets, make dinner reservations, or get directions, it's on us. Whether it's raining outside, or if you are back from a long day at the attractions, you can play to your hearts content in your own private, air conditioned game room. You always know where the kids are. There is no need for them to leave the house and no need for you to worry about where they are. No other rental home can offer all that Villa Fantasia 1 and 2 do. Every convenience has been thought of, and is at your fingertips. Adults, teenagers, or children, one family or two, these homes accommodate everyone.
Please note. Our game room "is not a garage with a pool table in it". It is a fully re-done room with separate air conditioning. It is always as comfortable as you want. Other homes claiming to have "game rooms" can't compare. All they do is put a pool table and air hockey table in a garage. There is no way to control the temperature. All of our guests have raved about our homes, especially the game room. It really is useful on rainy days or for evening entertainment. Using the computer with it's free internet access can save you a lot of time and leg work and you can keep in touch by checking your email.

Villa Fantasia 2 is also located in Oak Island Cove, Kissimmee, Florida. Oak Island is actually 2 quiet residential developments, that are situated just 5 minutes away from Disney. Oak Island Harbor and Cove communities are exclusive developments situated with lush green walks, ponds lined with reeds, and visited by white Herons and Egrets.
Oak Island is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 - approximately 2 3/4 miles from the Disney theme parks. Perfectly situated less than 2 minutes from the Formosa Gardens Shopping Center, with its' great restaurants, shopping, or 24 grocery store. Your never far from a great night out, or a midnight snack.
