Additional Rate Information

To reserve a date a completed contract will be sent via email. Standard fees such as administration, cleaning and damage insurance will be added to the rental agreement.

Reservation Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs after booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we are able to rebook the property for the advertised rate your down payment, less $129.00 will be refunded.
