WHAT A WONDERFUL VACATION GETAWAY!
Brown's Creek Retreat is an awesome 1850 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin nestled at the foot of a mountain by a running creek. Fall asleep at night to the music of the rushing water. The cabin boasts a full wrap around deck with a lovely scene. Enjoy the first floor master bedroom and a private bath with a walk in shower, 2 bedrooms upstairs with bath and a loft that has a king size high rise bed. One bedroom has twin beds and the other has a queen size bed and master has queen. All with great mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen. This cabin offers lovely and peaceful surroundings. So much to do in the area.....All in the center of Asheville, Boone, Blowing rock, Linville, Mt. Mitchell and Mt. Mitchell Golf course...one of the finest. There is hiking, fishing, boating, tubing, rafting, skiing, horseback riding, and of course, antiquing!!! Many nice restaurants in the area.......and hiking right at the cabin and many trails around the area. We go there on a regular basis so it is kept up beautifully and a treat to be there and we know you will love it as much as we love it. It's a very special place. Its spacioius and the wrap around decking makes it all the more special.
We have a wine cooler built into the kitchen, great pots and pans, grill, blender, coffee grinder and other things needed for a kitchen including gas heat. Owner will consider pets.

Additional Rate Information
Rates in US Funds $895 weekly and 450.00 two day weekend
(with prior approval)
50% of gross rent is required to confirm reservation

Pets with prior approval. No smoking in house but do have 2 balconies and wrap around deck with covers to smoke. Also, must take trash with you when you leave. There will be a $25 charge if you don't. There will be info there on how to get to the trash deposit. 2. Checkout is 10:30 am and checkin is at 3 ( You may check in earlier if the cabin is ready ).

| Other Policies: Have a great time!!! Please take your trash to recycle when you leave/ clean fireplace, take your laundry.......towels and sheets down to laundry and start laundry. I supply all the soaps for the cabin excepting personal soap |

Burnsville, Spruce Pine and Little Switzerland are all twenty minutes away with great dining and charming towns with fun shopping. There is a wolf retreat in Bakersville and Penland is close by. there are lots of arts, pottery and gift stoes with local talent.
