The 2450 sq ft. living space has four large bedrooms with a master suite upstairs and a first-floor bedroom with its own full bath across the hall. Two bedrooms are linked by a Jack and Jill bathroom with two sinks. The large eat-in kitchen provides plenty of counter space and room to move and flows right to the family room allowing many a great place to congregate and talk. A large wrap around patio with a sandbox nestled in the back provides for day play and evening star-gazing!

The Phoenix Airport is 23 minutes away, while ASU is 20 and Scottsdale Fashion Square is 25 minutes! The new Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace Shopping & Cinema areas are within 15 minutes next door to Casino Arizona and all the Pro Sports Teams are under 45 minutes. To really explore AZ, you can take in Sedona, Flagstaff, or Tucson in a two hour drive, or head up the hill to the pines of Payson in an hour and 15 minutes, or the one-and-only Grand Canyon South Rim is three and half hours NW! |
