**Space, space, space! We have almost 1400 square feet of wonderful
space!
**This single story three bedroom, two bathroom house has hardly been
lived in since it was built in 1999.
**Beautifully decorated in soothing neutral colors and an southwest
motif to help you relax after a long day getting to know Arizona.
**There are three televisions, one in the greatroom, two in the
bedrooms. There is a stereo with a CD player, and a VCR/DVD in the
great room.
**There are a few board games and movies for your enjoyment during
your stay.
**The bedrooms and greatroom are carpeted. There are two sink-into-
comfortable sofas, two rocker recliners and a glass dining table
with four chairs in the greatroom. The greatroom has a vaulted
ceiling with pottery shelf.
**We have an eat in kitchen with a wooden dining table and six
chairs. (As you sit at the kitchen table, look out over the houses
across the street and view the mountains.) The floor in the kitchen
is constructed of tan tiles.
**We have full kitchen appliances, stove, microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator. Pots and pans, dishes and silverware provided along
with a toaster and coffee maker. Linens are supplied. Washer and
dryer available inside the house for your use (laundry soap provided).
**Each bedroom comes complete with a queen size bed. Each room in
the house is equipped with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a
walk-in closet and private full bath. The master bedroom also has a
rocker recliner to help you relax with a good book, away from the
crowd.
**There is a two car garage, as well as a walled in covered patio
with patio furniture and a view of the Superstition Mountains.
**There is a patio door in the master bedroom and the greatroom.
**The yard is desert landscape with beautiful flowering bushes.

**The common areas of the community offer playground equipment and green picnic areas and one is located just two doors down from the house.
**Within four blocks there is a city park complete with a swimming pool and skateboard park.
**We are located off of Ironwood Avenue, just minutes away from the superstition freeway (US-60). We are just a short 25/30 minutes from the PHX Skyharbor Airport, and 30/35 minutes from downtown Phoenix. We are just east of Mesa.
**Easy to find, close to the city life, yet far enough out to be away from the crowd!
**We are in a community of all ages and friendly, but private, neighbors. We ask that you refrain from smoking and having pets in the house please.

**The absolute best marketplace/swap meet (flea market) you have ever seen is just five minutes away. Superstition Springs Mall, with its shops, movie theater, and restaurants is just 10 minutes away.
**Cactus League spring training camps for many of the major league ball teams are in the area.
**Day trips to Sedona, or the Grand Canyon, or Tucson can be
accomplished from here.
**Or just plain old relaxing in the bountiful sunshine and warm weather while in the privacy of a home to yourself on the very private patio, in a very quite neighborhood is supplied in abundance at this home.
Of all of the comments that we receive on our home the most common ones are that they cannot get over how beautiful the home is and that the home is bigger than it appears in the pictures.
