Sundance is a fabulous new home completed summer 2006. It is located in the center of the island, with great beach at all times and is just one block from Fripp Club pools, shops, and other amenities. This home is 2nd row, just steps from the beach with beautiful ocean views from most rooms. Wake up to the sight and sounds of the surf! Two large porches offer great space for gathering with friends and family, as well as the great room upstairs and additional den downstairs. There is a large dining area that seats eight with additional seating for four at the bar. Each of the four bedrooms (two masters with king beds) are beautifully appointed and have private adjoining baths. There is ample off- street parking and easily accommodates multiple vehicles. We have beach chairs and bicycles available for your use during your stay.
