Initial Payment
One half (1/2) the base rent, the handling fee and optional Trip Insurance must be received by Twiddy within 2 days of the lease date. You will receive a lease electronically or by mail. (Sample lease is available to view here.) Reservations that are not confirmed by a payment and signed lease within the allotted timeframe (2 days) will be subject to cancellation without notice. Please call us at 1-800-489-4339 or e-mail us at rent@twiddy.com in case of delay. A non-refundable $85 administrative fee (plus tax) is applied to every reservation.
Forms of Payment Accepted
Agent accepts payment by personal check, e-check, cash, certified check, money order or credit card. We accept only US Funds drawn on a US Bank and only MasterCard, Visa and the Discover Card if using a credit card. Payments made within 30 days of your arrival must be by cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of arrival. Guests who did not provide an e-mail address at the time of booking should expect their Agreement to be sent by standard mail within the next week. Please contact Agent via e-mail at rent@twiddy.com or call one of the numbers above if You need to discuss Your payment. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

Travel Insurance Claim Procedure
The contact number to Travel Guard is 1-888-409-7749.
The Insured must call Travel Guard as soon as reasonably possible, and be prepared with what coverage the loss was under (i.e. Mandatory Evacuation). The claim forms must be sent back to Travel Guard no more than 90 days after a covered loss occurs or ends.
Coverage is valid only if premium has been paid.
Below is some information needed to process a claim with Travel Guard:
1. The name of the company that arranged the trip: Twiddy & Company.
2. Insured’s Name: Leaseholder’s name
3. Proof of Reason: Twiddy & Company will inform Travel Guard that the vacation home is closed due to a mandatory evacuation.
4. Reimbursement Form: Once Travel Guard is called and they receive the information a claim form will be emailed, faxed or mailed to guest.
5. Type & Amount of loss: Mandatory Evacuation & How many days missed.
6. Proof of trip and insurance payment: Please refer to the lease agreement and/or Cancelled Check/ Credit Card Statement.
7. Claim Number/Product Number: 008085
