Property Information
This charming one bedroom Condo located in the West End of P-town, close to all yet quiet, the small complex has a heated pool with patio for sunning and a solarium room with hot tub and sauna for those romantic evenings. One assigned parking space as well as a bicycle rack make transportation a snap. Situated on the top floor with a shared (with one other unit) private deck for outdoor relaxing, dining and cocktails. The former Captain's house is fenced for privacy and surrounded by gardens. The One Bedroom condo has recently been remodeled with hardwood pine floors, designer "roman" style window treatments and new furnishings. The condo has a separate living and dining area with bay window overloking the gardens. The bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted lcd/dvd/stereo TV and large separte bath with sunken tub/shower combination. The living room area has a queen size sofa sleeper to accomodate 2 additional guest. The condo shares a large second floor sundeck overlooking the gardens with one other studio condo, set privately on the second floor of the complex, reached by a private staircase. The outdoor deck area has a dining table and chairs for "al Fresco" dining and cocktails. There is no maid service for the duration of the week. The condo has high speed internet access during the summer season(may-sept.)
