Our top floor unit at Madeira Vista is fabulously located in the southwest corner of this popular building. You will have an unobstruceted west view of the beach, the dolphins, and the sunset. You will ALSO have an unobstructed southern view -- beach as far as the eye can see!
Our building, Madeira Vista (www.madeirabeachvacations.com),is unique. We truly are closer to the water than any other building in the area. Our ground level, instead of being a parking garage, is a picnic deck with brand new marble-topped gas grill islands! Our onsite managers, Jack & Jacquie, are here to help you enjoy your vacation. You have a covered parking spot assigned to you, and we have guest parking. There is NO construction or beach renovation going on in or around our building. Our 30,000-gallon pool is heated with both solar panels AND natural gas.
We do the little things for you. As well as the standard linens and full kitchen, we have free local phone calls, cable TV, we provide a healthy "starter set" of laundry&dish&dishwasher&bath soaps, trash bags, facial & toilet tissue, and a "welcome pack" of coupons and fliers for local establishments that will help you enjoy your vacation! |

| Madeira Beach is a beautifully quiet beach community that is located about half-way between St Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. There are hundreds of things for visitors to do here! We are 90 minutes from the Disney/Orlando area attractions, 30 minutes from Tampa, 2 minutes from Johns Pass Village, and zero minutes from the beach and the pool. Whatever you decide, enjoy your vacation! |
