South Seas Club is a 55 acre gated community with lush tropical landscaping located near the quiet end of the beautiful beach of Marco Island, Florida. The South Seas includes numerous walking paths, 10 clay tennis courts, and boat docks on the bay. As guest you have access to all the amenities. Your condo has a large, heated swimming pool and full fitness center,There are championship golf courses nearby, as well as boating, shelling, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis, sailng, snorkling, and scuba diving. The Everglades Natural Park is also near. There is entertainment at the numerous hotels and restaurants; shopping at lovely boutiques and malls, Movie theaters are available. You will enjoy fantastic weather and warm ocean water from our condo on this tropical paradise. A panoramic view of the white platinum beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen as you walk into the condo from the balcony with its southern exposure you also overlook the large heated swimmimg pool. Sunsets are spectacular and best viewed from the beach. The front balcony is the full width of the suite. Lounge chairs and dining table are available for your relaxation.
Inside the condo, the beautiful sparkling ocean with the distant sail boats can be seen from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and kitchen. The condo is in excellent condition, having been recently extensively renovated. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV with DVD, private bath;a queen bed is in the second bedroom with an adjacent hall bath. The living room has TV with DVD and stereo. The kitchen is lavishly equipped. There is beautiful tile flooring throughout. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided as well as all linens. The condo building itself has access to the full fitness center and clean, well kept laundry facilities on each floor. This is a non-smoking condo. Just walk past the pool to the beach. Next to the condo is Tigertail Beach Park of 32 acres. Barbecue facilities, volleyball, small boat rentals, and the Tigertail Bird Sanctuary are available, thus there are activities for all ages, from the quiet solitude of the north beach to the more active south end we welcome you to our beautiful island paradise.
