This spacious and gracious center stair colonial offers incredible versatility to suit your specific vacation needs. All new beds, mattresses, linens, Washer & Dryer and more for 2009
The house can be rented in various incarnations to sleep from 8 to 18 people, making it the perfect getaway for your family, or multiple families' as their home away from home. Set on a huge lot with plenty of level lawn space, as well as a tennis court that doubles as a basketball and street hockey court, a slate patio in front and wrap around deck in back, it is the perfect setting for al fresco gatherings. Enter the house via the formal foyer with a gorgeous waterfront scene handpainted by a local artist gracing the staircase wall.
You have your choice of places to relax between the double living rooms with fireplaces, family room with big screen TV, large sun porch, formal dining room, and eat in kitchen (with a table that seats 10!) as well as two half baths. Upstairs are two master bedrooms with king sized beds and ensuite baths, and two more bedrooms and another full bath. If you wish to sleep more than 8 people, there is a third floor that has four single beds that can be rented at additional cost. For more than 12 people an attached in-law suite (called Belle View Suite on our website) has another bath with a shower only, a full kitchenette, panoramic oean views, a separate entrance ( but can also be accessed from the main house) and a private deck, that sleeps up to four more people.
Just about 1/2 a mile to Niles Beach and 1.5 miles from the white sands and surf of Good Harbor Beach. Listing reflects both the main house and the suite. Be sure to bring your cell phone as there is no landline.

My family had a great time staying at Belle View. Everyone was happy with their rooms - they were clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was a great gathering place and with 2 ovens and microwave it proved to be more than adequate in preparing our thanksgiving dinner. The entertainment area was a big hit with ping pong as was the basketball/tennis court. We all had a great time and would recommend it to anyone - this house is ideal for a family vacation. Dan M.
