Meadview is just 7 miles from Lake Mead and 31 miles from the West Rim of the Grand Canyon and the Skywalk (about a 1 hour drive). Excellent fishing, superb hiking, biking, boating, ATVing, kayaking, wild life viewing and much more await you in this desert paradise which sits in the middle of a Joshua Tree forest. Air strip nearby.
This spacious (all electric)home has over 1600 square feet of living space and looks into the awe-inspiring Grand Wash Cliffs. The views are spectacular! The home is fully furnished with a full kitchen and a cash pantry. I have designed this unit with you in mind. Simply bring your tooth brush.
The property is located less than one mile from town center. The quaint town of Meadview has a market with gas and diesel, two restaurants, two hardware stores, a fire station, and a VFW (in case you are a member).
This is a non smoking home; however, the front porch may be utilized for those who smoke. |

In the event that there is more than 4 people staying in the unit, a $15 per person per day fee will be added.
There will be an agent in Meadview to meet and greet you and your party. They will walk you through the home and highlight all of the amenities. Upon your approval, the rental contract will be signed. I accept United States currency only in the form of personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks. Full payment must be received on or before 3 weeks of stay. A deposit may be added.
Depending on the lenght of your stay, a $30 to $50 cleaning fee will be added. Cleaning fees are non-refundable.

Many people have asked, "What is a cash pantry?" I have painstakingly stocked the pantry and freezer with all kinds of goodies. The freezer provides steaks and chicken individually wrapped and priced. There may be other frozen goods as well: Frozen vegetables, ice cream, etc. The dry pantry is stocked with all kinds of goods from popcorn to tomato sauce. Each item is individually priced and ready for use. The items used from the cash pantry will be purchased from the deposit.
There is currently no fee station located at Lake Mead; therefore, there are no entrance fees or launch fees. |
