Property Description

Coastal Queen is a warm and inviting luxury vacation home located just one street from the sugary white sands of Anna Maria Island Beach! It features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, private balconies and a rooftop deck, a large heated private pool with spa, lushly landscaped grounds and plenty of space for an amazing vacation on Anna Maria Island!
The main living area features an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen opening up to the dining area and family room.
The kitchen has plenty of room for several cooks and has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining table seats 6-8 guests while the large center island can accommodate an additional 4 guests. Additional dining space can be found on the pool patio where an outdoor dining table can seat 6 guests.
The lushly landscaped backyard offers a peaceful area to relax by the pool. Amenities include, Keurig coffee maker, lounge chairs, dining table and a BBQ grill for outdoor cookouts, pool table and a private outdoor shower. There is a small shallow area perfect for those little swimmers who want to splash around and play or simply lounge in the pool and sunbathe on a hot day.

The location of this home is perfect as well, on the quieter north end of the island. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are very close by. Everything is a short bike ride away or you can hop on the free AMI trolley to get up and down the island with ease as well. Come play in paradise at Coastal Queen for your next beach vacation!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
