Highlights- Less than a 5-minute walk from the Beach- Private Pool, Hot Tub, and Putting Green- Roof Top Deck-Game Room- Pet Friendly The living area has lushes views out the windows, two sofas, and a flat screen tv. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true with its ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and wine fridge! The island can seat up to five guests and the formal dining table can seat up to ten hungry people. Grab a drink out of the separate bar refrigerator, climb upstairs to the rooftop deck, and experience the famous views. The primary bedroom is bright with natural sunlight coming in through the large doors leading to your private balcony, and the ensuite bathroom has a double vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom will make guests feel at sea with its nautical theme dcor and the ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms will make getting a peaceful night's rest a breeze and both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. The fifth bedroom will make anyone feel like a sea captain and has ample space in the closet for vacation attire. Off the third-level living room, you will find the fifth bathroom that features a shower and tub combination. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
