Highlights - Canal front with private dock - 2-minute walk to the beach - Private pool and In-ground spa - Rooftop deck - Game room The open living space has a gorgeous, curved sectional and side chairs that are perfect for cozy movie nights. The living room also offers access to a deck that has comfy outdoor sofas. The kitchen is exquisitely crafted and has high-quality cookware, a full suite of appliances, and island seating. The large bar area is equipped with a sink and wine fridge right next to the formal dining table, ensuring your guests are in good spirits! The luxurious primary bedroom has a delightful tropical atmosphere, complete with a private deck that offers stunning beach views. The ensuite bathroom is absolutely breathtaking, featuring a step-in shower with an enclosed soaking tub. The villa has seven equally lavish King bedrooms, some with balconies and ensuite bathrooms. The ninth bedroom has a fun shark-themed bunk bed room that the kids will love, along with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and tub combo. On the second floor, there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a half bath.
