Property Description

Visit our stunning five-bedroom, three-bathroom home that has been beautifully decorated by a designer and completely remodeled inside and out! Everything is brand new as of January 2022.<br />

The house is two stories. There are four Cal-King master bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The three upstairs Cal-King masters share a hallway bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a queen bed located on the main floor with access to the downstairs hallway bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with 47&#39;&#39; LCD TVs. The bathrooms have all been upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops, and the home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout.<br />
<br />
The main living room is spacious and open-concept. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating in the kitchen nook. Additionally, there is a separate family room so kids and parents can have their own space. The main living room includes a 60-inch TV with a DVD player and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.<br />

The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, central air, and heat. The couches have pullout mattresses, and the patio has seating and a grill so you can enjoy the outdoors.<br />

Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee. The pool is heated to 82<br />

This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />

Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.&nbsp;The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.<br />
