Property Description

Cute pool house ideal for two families. The four-bedroom home has three bathrooms and two queen masters with en-suites. Two children's rooms share a hallway with Full over Full bunkbeds. All bedrooms have upgraded carpeting with laminate wood flooring throughout the home.

Open concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including stove/oven/refrigerator. Beautiful french doors lead you to the dining room which comfortably seats 10 people. There is additional seating at the breakfast table and kitchen counter.

The garage game room can be found through Master #2. The garage game room includes a Stiga Ping Pong table and 3-1 table with pool top, air hockey, and ping-pong bottom. It also has cubbies stocked with toys and games. Strollers, highchairs, pack n'plays, booster seats and a pack nplay for your infant or child are also available. Guests are welcome to use the full-size washing machine and dryer. The family room has a 51" TV that includes a DVD player. Included is a couch with a queen sleeper and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. Relax in our sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, which is located in the backyard. Also included are a patio set, a BBQ and extra chairs.

This house can sleep up to 10 people. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: Two cars (only in our driveway). No RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

Cancellations made within 60 days are not eligible for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
