Property Description

Visit our beautiful Pool House which is perfect for four or more family members. Our home was renovated and decorated by a designer from the inside.

The first floor features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, all-new appliances (stove/ovens, fridges with 3 choices of ice, microwaves, dishwashers), and a laundry room in the pantry. The kitchen is adjacent to a large dining table that can seat 10 people, and a counter with two seats. A large smart TV is also available, as well as a sit-up counter. The home features 1 King Master Bedroom and 1 Cal King Bedroom with a Jack 'n Jill Bathroom shared with the kitchen, 2 Cal-King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 additional bathroom in the hallway. The bedrooms are carpeted, and the majority of first-floor is LVP. The second floor includes a loft area with a sectional sofa that converts into a queen-size sleeper and a kids' room with full-overfull bunks and a twin-over-full trundle underneath. All bedrooms have 55"+ LCD TVs. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with granite/travertine/porcelain counters and tiled showers.


The Family Room & Dining Room features a 70-inch LCD TV with DVD Player, Disney Plus w/Hulu, and Netflix. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Master bedroom has 65' & Loft and backroom

Just off the kitchen, you'll find a full-size, high capacity washing machine and dryer. The loft features a sectional sofa with a queen-size sleeper and 65 TVs. 55" tv in the kids room for children only. Bunks and trundle. air hockey


Relax in our sparkling Jacuzzi in the backyard. Set of outdoor living and dining area. Pergola retractable awning. We monitor your temperature remotely, so it is on when you arrive. We have outdoor seating and a BBQ Grill. Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center are both 6-7 miles from the hotel.

This house can accommodate 20 people at a time. Maximum Vehicles: 5-6. The city has an ordinance that prohibits outside noise after 10 pm.

All major credit and debit cards accepted. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refunds. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

The price includes the mandatory fee for pool/jacuzzi. The pool is heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. If you live within 100 mile of Disneyland, a $500 additional security deposit will be needed to ensure that city regulations and rules are followed. Home security cameras are also installed. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
