This condo is located on the 4th floor of the Phoenix IX building in Orange Beach, Alabama and just a short walk to the famous Flora-Bama! No Check In / Check Out procedures or lines to stand in when you arrive at this condo. Park in the parking garage on the 4th level right outside the front door of the condo and you have arrived ! The living area offers multiple seating options for ultimate relaxation and includes a sleeper sofa, and there is an armoire for a flat screen television, a DVD player, and a home theater sound system. Our fully equipped kitchen offers a flat top range, as well as all the cookware you need to make and serve meals. You can eat at the breakfast counter, that has four wrought iron stools in front of it, or use the nearby dining table with its six chairs. A few steps away is a built-in wet bar with a sink, icemaker, and multiple shelves of glassware. Serving food and drinks on the beautifully tiled balcony is a vacation treat, and a table with four chairs is available. The Master bedroom suite offers a King size bed, an armoire with a flat screen television and a stereo system. The deluxe private bathroom features two sinks set in a marble vanity countertop, a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, and a step-in shower with glass panels. The Guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a flat screen television and a DVD player, plus a bathroom that contains a sink, marble vanity counter, and a combined tub and shower. The half-bathroom is accessible from the hallway. All beds feature upgraded linens. Parking: Parking passes are available for sale at the front desk. You will be required to buy a parking pass. It will be a onetime fee so the pass will be valid through your whole stay. You will only be able to purchase up to 2 passes for 2 vehicles in this condo. This property is managed by Beach Getaways in Orange Beach, Alabama. You must be 25 years old or 21 years old and married to reserve this property.
