This condo is located on the 6th floor of this quiet family complex. Many returning vacationers call Beachcrest home. You can find it along Scenic Highway 30A, Seagrove Beach, Florida. It is just minutes from Seaside Beach, Alys Beach and Seacrest.
This 12 story, well-kept building offers 2-bedroom gulffront condominiums. The master bedroom and living area have access to their own private balcony. There are also picnic tables and natural gas grills. This peaceful family complex offers this well-maintained 6th floor east-end condo. This unit is located just steps from the sandy beach with sugar fine sand.
Beachcrest 601 is well furnished with tile floors throughout. The kitchen features stainless appliances and Corian countertops. The master bathroom has a walk-in tub.

We travel to 30a often but this was our first “winter” vacation. It will not be out last! Beachcrest Condos were the perfect location and you cannot beat a heated pool! My kids loved swimming several times a day. The complex was kept super clean, with hand sanitizer locations all over common areas and the maintenance crew was out all day wiping down the elevator and other shared spaces. Our unit 601 was perfect, renovated and had a magnificent view of the gulf.
