This property is in a fantastic location, and has the possibility of being top-notch. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and tools. We found a lot of small issues that certainly did not ruin our stay but did not make it the same outstanding experience we’ve had and other vacation rentals. There were issues with the bathrooms not being fully cleaned and lightbulbs out.

I had tried to reach out to the management company prior to our stay with a couple of questions, and never heard back from them. The only time they were personally in touch is when they tried to sell us extra vacation rental insurance.

Wonderful vacation!

We had another wonderful stay in Seagrove Beach! This was our 4th time vacationing in the area and Eastern Shores is now our go-to for condo rental. We really enjoyed Unit 211, the space was wonderful for our family of 7 and the bunk room was just perfect for our three boys (ages 9, 7 & 5). The beds were extremely comfortable, no flat pillows here! Another thing to note that I missed on the description is that the unit has a baby gate and pack n play available for use, a major perk for travelers with young kids. A few things we would have liked to have had were hooks on the back of doors/in bathrooms to hang towels, swimsuits, etc., some sort of lock on the upstairs bathroom that is higher up out of small children’s reach, but so an adult or teen can have privacy, an oven mitt or two for the kitchen and scissors for the kitchen as well. None of these were deal breakers by an means! Just felt like easy fixes that I should pass along. Can’t wait to return to Seagrove and hopefully 211!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, remodeled condo! This is a million dollar view and has all the comforts of home! Very well stocked kitchen, with very comfortable beds and everything you need for a perfect vacation! I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely return.

This was a good experience for my family. We loved the beach view and the furnishings of the condo. The only real dings I could give are on general housekeeping. For the charge, they really should take out the trash themselves and give you more than two rolls of TP. As to Garrett, I appreciate their staff working with us up to the time of our stay. The staff was accommodating and courteous.

We enjoyed our vacation!!! The location is perfect for being right on the beach and having eastern shores lake right there (perfect for little ones). This was our second stay and it was as good as the first!!! We will return to Eastern shores again!!

Wonderful location directly on the beach and absolute spectacular view from the balcony. The apartment looked ok and clean at first sight, but with a family of 7 we found some things missing along the way that could have eased our stay with 3 children aged 3, 5 and 9 and especially the cooking for 7 and dining. Comments: No kids appropriate dining dishes, flatware or cups. No dining space for all to eat together. The condo sleeps 9 but only seats 4 at the dining table. Also balcony only seats 4.

Good Rental Great Beach

NO ELEVATOR and this is on the third floor. This was the worst about this property. It is nicely upgraded and spacious. The washer and dryer are located in the hall with sliding doors that block the front loading washer soap dispenser. Not impossible to get soap in but difficult. Ants in kitchen so we could not leave any type of food product on counters. WiFi did not work the entire stay. The view is fabulous. Dolphins played every morning. Short pier walkway to beach. Easy to carry chairs, games etc. to beach. Water is great. You can actually see the fish as they nibble on your legs! They don't bite just nibble. Seaside and Panama City close with great shopping, dinning and nightlife if you wish. Seaside was my favorite. Checkout is 10am which is early but the cleaning service was knocking at the door at 9am! They did wait and we were out by 9:30 but I don' like feeling rushed.

We brought two adults and four kids to the condo at Eastern Shores and it worked out perfectly for us. Not only did we get to wake up to the beach and ocean each morning , the interior was set up and decorated very nice. We truly appreciate the upgrades to the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We will definitely consider this location again next year.
