Plus, there's a private pool and grilling area for group gatherings, and the beach is just a short, safe walk away, with no major roads to cross. Enjoy a beach setup from March to October, four bikes for exploring, and the option to heat the pool on request in cooler months.The upper unit of Sugaree Sands, filled with natural light and offering a balcony with Gulf views, features a Great Room with cathedral ceilings, dining areas, a large sectional couch, a lounge chair, and bar stools facing a modern white kitchen with quartz countertops. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a double shower, alongside a twin bunk nook in the hallway. One guest room has a king bed and an ensuite bath, while another has two queen beds and access to a shared bathroom.The lower unit opens to a covered veranda overlooking the pool.
