43 Pleasant St is a lovely brownstone home with 3 bedrooms and a separate carriage house above the 2-car garage. This beach retreat offers plenty of space for 14 guests. The large open-plan main area allows family and friends to gather easily.
You can watch TV on the large sectional. The large island is a great place to relax. You can eat home-cooked meals, take out, or enjoy a meal on the island's formal dining area. Or, you can go outside to the brick patio. A dining table is available outside near the grill.
There are many entertainment options. Smart TVs are available in every bedroom and living room. There's also a shuffleboard board on the 2nd floor landing. Grab a puck and pick your teams! The best part is that you can get The Big Chill right outside your back door! There is no better place to enjoy Prominence than 43 Pleasant St!
The carriage house offers more privacy for your group and includes everything you need. The studio-style bedroom/living space includes a luxurious bathroom, a balcony with views of The Big Chill, and a kitchenette.

You're only 1 mile away from the white sandy beaches of 30A when you stay at Prominence. The Big Chill is a unique hotspot that offers great food, shopping and live entertainment. Two 5,000 square feet of space are available in the neighborhood. Two 5,000 sq. ft. pools, with plenty of cabanas, lounge chairs, and outdoor grills with a dining area. A fitness center is available for those who want to keep fit. You will have a memorable stay thanks to all the great amenities offered by Prominence.
BEACH ACCESS
You are approximately 1 mile (about 8 minutes) from the nearest beach access at Gulf Lake, or a 5-minute ride to the Deer Lake State Park access.
FREE AMENITY CREDIT
With every booking, receive a credit towards rental gear that you can use for various items, such as bikes, beach bonfires or tours/experiences. The credit amount will vary depending on the property's size and length. There are certain restrictions, exclusions, and limitations.
Parking for 2 cars in garage. Street parking is first come, last served. * Only 30A Gulf Carts allow golf cart rentals * Sorry, no pets allowed.

All guests receive a Benchmark welcome bag with an initial starter kit of amenities. This includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish spoon, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 trashcan liner. You will receive 1 washcloth/body towel per guest, 2 hand towels per bathroom and 2 washing machine pods.
