398 Clareon is located in Seacrest, a residential community with miles of jogging trails and bike trails along Highway 30A. This area is peaceful and tranquil, but close to shopping, restaurants, and Alys Rosemary and Seaside beach.

The home is ideal for two families. It has two bedrooms downstairs and an extravagant bunk room upstairs for children and adults. The large open living, dining and kitchen area offers plenty of space for entertaining.
