Beautiful beach cottage, great view; it's like being on a boat without the waves. Side patio for outdoor entertaining. Cottage is 35 minutes from Buffalo Niagara International airport via West Bound NYS Thruway, exiting at #57 Eden Angola, taking a right turn off the Thruway on Eden-Evans Center Road. Go 8 miles to Old Lake Shore Road and turn right. Go ¼ mile to Lake Bay Grove and turn left up steep hill after brown, white and yellow garage. Continue straight to parking lot at top of hill next to white garage. Park to the right of large tree.
