We four stayed for one week this October and enjoyed it very much. Thankful for the updated kitchen appliances and nice living room furniture, as well as master bed and bath. Twin bed in 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced...seems broken. It slanted. Balcony furniture nice except for plastic chaise lounge chair. Broken so did not use.

The condo needed some work. I did report the things needed and the staff very quickly took care of some of them. At least the ones they could take care of. Loved the location of the complex.

Would like to see recycling services on the property. We had to bring all of our recycling home with us. Also would like to see loud music, large flotation devices and smoking prohibited at the pool.

Our experience was great except for the sofa beds that were so out of date that for my older kids we had to go and purchase 2 different air mattresses so that they could sleep on the floor. They need to be updated or replaced. Other than that everything was great.

Over a good place to stay. I would stay again. Great location. The pull out couches need to be replaced. Poor condition. And you can’t use both of them at the same time. Other then that it was all good

2021 Vacation rental 2021-04-26

Except for the pullout couches, the experience was excellent. We had 8 guests, so full capacity, and we were unable to utilize the pullout couches as the mattresses were almost nonexistent on them. Very thin and worn out, metal frame cut into our legs getting on and off. It was impossible to to sleep on them. We had 2 of our guests sleeping in the recliners. They definitely need to upgrade those if they’re going to list this as an 8 person accommodation.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the pool.

We took advantage of the golf, dolphin cruise and of course the beach chairs. Beach staff was very friendly and helpful.

A couple of minor inconveniences - one elevator out of order, lack of carts for big items and construction noise during the day.
