The condo was great and very clean. The only issue we had was with the beach umbrella service offered with our stay. The service was offered 9-5. My husband went to the beach at 9:30am and only one service was there. He was charged $45 bc it ended up being the wrong beach service. The correct beach service was very late to set up. That afternoon we were going to check out boogie boards from the correct beach service and again there was no attendant. This was a listed amenity that we were unable to use.

One elevator was in and out of service. The same elevator had a partial piece of plywood covering the floor.

I’m giving this property 5 stars because they have everything covered! My family and I first stayed here in Sept 2020 and our go to place when here in Ft. Walton. This unit was spotless and extremely well organized! With 2 large bedrooms, the beds were comfortable with all upscale bedding, and the second bedroom was perfect for our children. Big screen TVs in every room and spacious patio to sit outside. The property has family barbecue pit and heated indoor/outdoor pool. Will definitely book this unit again in the future.
