Welcome to the Stettin Haus!
The Stettin Haus is a unique and upscale mountain vacation destination that offers an experience all year round. In the spring and summer you can enjoy the trails and fish in the rivers and streams. You can also ride the quadlift to the top of Beech Mountain, where you can enjoy mountain biking, disc golf, roller skiing and more. Enjoy the fall when the weather cools and the vibrant colors of autumn dominate the mountain views. Snow skiing and snowboarding are available on the slopes at Beech Mountain Ski Resort in winter and early spring. The village at the top of Beech Mountain has a brand-new sledding slope, an open-air ice rink, as well as many shops and restaurants.
Enjoy the brand-new hot tub at the house, as well as the outdoor living space, which includes a stainless steel gas grill, a fireplace with gas logs, a large flat panel TV with DirecTV programming, casual, comfortable furniture, as well as outdoor dining. The property is well-landscaped, level and has a fire pit. A mountain creek is located on the edge of the property, a great place for kids to play and fly fish.
The main house has a private upstairs master bedroom with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, a king size bed, an HDTV a bathroom ensuite, a dressing desk, a floor-mobile air conditioning unit, as well as a covered Juliette terrace. On the main floor, you will find a queen bedroom with an HDTV flat panel, a bunk room with a twin over queen hand-hewn bed, and a sleeping perch with twin bed above entry door and closets. The two bedrooms share a full second bathroom. The living room, which is open to the dining area and kitchen, features vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, an HDTV with BluRay player, gas log fireplace and a piano. Guests are welcome to use it. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a griddle and a gas stovetop. The granite center island measures 12 feet in length and is surrounded by Amish bar seats with a rustic chandelier. It serves as a dining table.
The guest house has vaulted ceilings with tongue-and grooves, and an open plan. The living room features a sofa that converts into a sleeper couch for two, and an armchair that faces the brand-new flat panel HDTV that has DirecTV digital satellite programs. The kitchenette has a dry kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. It also includes custom live-edge shelving for drinks and snacks. The queen bed is located around the corner, offering some separation between the living and cooking areas. The bathroom is nicely finished with granite and tile, and has a bathtub and shower. The guest house is equipped with heat and a powerful mobile floor-unit unit air conditioner.
The Stettin Haus features WiFi internet, BluRay/DVD players, six HDTVs, with DirecTV, a washer/dryer, heat, and mobile floor unit air conditioners, as well as plenty of parking, both leveled and paved.
Beech Mountain Club
Guests who have a reservation with Stettin Haus may apply for a membership to the Beech Mountain Club for the dates of their reservation.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer.
Guests will receive an email containing instructions, BMC transfer policies and the transfer application. The guest must submit this to the club at least three days before the transfer start date. This date cannot be earlier than your arrival date. BMC charges a membership transfer fee of $200 to guests upon check-in. Memberships begin at the social level. BMC will accept additional fees from guests to upgrade their membership. BMC is the only company that administers transfers. Carolina Cabin Rentals has no affiliation with BMC. CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 60 calendar days before arrival you will receive half of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
