River Valley View is an upscale, 3BR/3BA cabin located in Valle Crucis. It is in a scenic location surrounded by old growth hardwoods on all three sides. The cabin has mountain views towards the Watauga River which is just a short walk away. A hot tub, fire pit and a large deck, partially covered and partly uncovered, wrap around the side of the cabin and the front. The expansive deck is completed by outdoor dining, a grill, ample seating, and a hammock. The upper-level master bedroom has a king-sized mattress. The main floor living room features wood floors, vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace. It is open to the dining room and kitchen, which has stainless appliances and granite countertops. The lower level has a game area with a foosball. The lower level is serviced by a third bathroom.

This private log cabin in the heart of the High Country is a great choice for a mountain getaway. It has many features and comforts including central heat and air-conditioning, WiFi Internet, HD Smart Televisions, and more!

Dogs are permitted, but only one dog per reservation is allowed. The maximum weight of the dog is 50 pounds. Standard pet fees are charged and all dogs must remain in a crate or kennel if left alone or unattended. No dogs are allowed to sit on the beds or furniture.

**There is an attached lower garage for owner storage. The garage is not accessible to guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
