Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk have a wide range of activities, including skiing/snowboarding and snow tubing. Other activities include eco-tourism, zip lining, mountain biking, ATVs off-road, rafting & fly fishing, hiking, golfing, fine dining & shopping.

Beech Mountain is accessible by 4WD or AWD, even though the Town of Beech Mountain clears the snow quickly during the winter months. We highly recommend snow chains during winter months.
