Come and check us out now! We are located directly across the street from beach access. This is a first-floor unit. No stairs to climb! Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom unit with parking space for 1 car, LVP flooring, large bathroom, kitchen and ALL appliances, as well as a huge living/dining area. The beach is literally just steps away! It's 100' but who's counting? We're also on a dead-end street. There are no speeding cars or traffic to worry about! You have NO reason to not reserve your spot! We're on the first floor of a six-unit complex. You can park close by and there are no stairs to climb. There's a large space that encompasses the living/dining/kitchen with a huge Roku smart tv, comfy couches, table and kitchen bar seating, plus a trendy, yet useful galley kitchen.
There are two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom with a queen bed and 32-inch roku smart TV is the perfect place to relax. The twin bunk bed in the back bedroom makes it a perfect place for kids. There is also a large bathroom with a stand-up shower. There are two large enclosed showers outside with hot water for washing off the sand (which is right across the street!) Topsail Island offers the perfect getaway. You won't want leave the beach if it's sunny! Wilmington, a beautiful city just 40 miles south, has plenty to offer, including Museums, Battleship North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher Restaurants & more! Perfect for a rainy day. Jacksonville is 20 miles north. We're near LeJeune's South gate.
