South Topsail Retreat is a brand new retreat! Check us out! The top floor unit (4br/2ba) has a HUGE deck! Both units (2br/1ba), have porch swings and pavered seating areas! A HUGE backyard. Parking is plentiful! We are less than 500 feet from the entrance and 1/4 mile away from the S. Topsail Boardwalk. Brightly-painted pastel walls, comfy furniture, blazing fast wifi and Roku smart TVs! It's impossible to find a better place for your family vacation/reunion. There is plenty of room for everyone! Our calendar is open for business! Grab your slice of Topsail heaven today! *Our listing says no pets, but people seem to think it doesn't include them. Please don't ask. The no-pet policy is firm. *Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a 55" Roku smart TV and comfortable couches. A well-stocked, fully equipped kitchen is just around the corner. It has a dining room that seats eight. Want to eat outdoors? There is a large back deck and a larger back yard with bbq grills and picnic tables. The bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and a 32 Roku TV. It shares a bathroom with the bedroom 2, which also sleeps two in a Queen bed with its own TV. The bedroom on the other side has a queen-sized bed, its own tv, and the washer/dryer in the room. The bedroom 4 is an excellent bunk room for kids. It sleeps four. The downstairs units (identical layouts), each apartment has a great pavered seating area with a porch glider and additional seating. Both apartments have comfortable couches and a 43" Roku smart TV. There are two fully-equipped kitchens with four-seat dining tables. The master bedroom is HUGE with a queen-sized bed and 32 Roku TV. Want to keep your little one close by? There is also a single twin bed. The second bedrooms are small, but functional. Each has a bunk bed and a stack washer/dryer. South Topsail, a laid-back, beautiful community, is known for its beautiful beaches and family-friendly atmosphere. You won't want leave the beach during sunny days! We are a short hop, skip, and jump away from the downtown/boardwalk, which includes a shopping area, restaurants, and ice cream. We are also close to the Jolly Roger Pier and the missile Museum. Surf City is only a short drive from the hotel. Wilmington, a beautiful city just 40 miles south, has plenty to offer, including Museums, Battleship North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher Restaurants & more! Jacksonville is located 20 miles north. We're near LeJeune's South gate.
