The condo is located in the historic former Marshall-Wells building built in 1889 and still boasts the original massive Douglas Fir beams from the State of Washington, 14-foot exposed brick walls, and original steel beams. Enjoy city views from the large windows the provide lots of natural lighting. The S.S. William A. Irvin, a retired Great Lakes freighter, sits in the Minnesota pier next door to Captains Canal Park which you can see out of both bedroom windows. Captains Canal Park has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen, with top-of-the-line full-sized stainless steel appliances, offers you the perfect place for in-room meals. On the days you don’t feel like heading out, navigate down to the indoor pool, hot tub, wading pool, and fitness center. Make some fantastic memories when you stay at Captains Canal Park. The condo offers the classic charm of old Canal Park with a high-quality, modern interior. Please Note: The hotel breakfast is not included with the rental of this unit.
