The two-sided gas fireplace in the living room is great for adding warmth and ambiance on a cold winter's night.Head down to the lower level where you will find another large, open living space. Play a game of pool and then curl up in front of the TV for a movie. The two living spaces allow for large groups to split off and do activities in smaller groups and then come back together for meals and activities.Both levels have full decks that face Lake Superior. During the fall and winter months, you have clears views of the lake and views of the surrounding Northwoods all year long. Plus you are a short drive from Caribou Lake, Lake Superior, Superior National at Lutsen Golf Course, and miles of hiking, biking, cross country skiing, and snowmobile trails.Accessibility Information-The parking area is not paved, it is packed gravel.-There are two steps to reach the front porch, a ramp may be needed.-There is a small lip to get into the front door.-Hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen, and dining room areas.-Tile flooring in the bathrooms and the three-season porch.-Carpet in the bedrooms.-There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level.-Both bedrooms are large enough where one side of each bed should be accessible.-There is a shower/tub in the master bedroom with one support handle. No shower seat.-The second bathroom on the main level has a shower/tub combo with one support handle. No shower seat.-The deck is accessible through sliding glass doors and has a secure rail.-The rest of the property is not easily accessible.-In the summer months it may be possible to access the lower level through the grass outside going through the sliding glass door on the lower deck. This would be difficult but possibly doable.
