Sea Grape is a 2 bedroom private vacation condo in Battery Hill Condos for 1-4 guests.  

Sea Grape is located a short walk from the private parking lot up a beautifully tiled staircase to the second floor.  Entry to the unit is through double French doors which lead past the recently remodeled kitchen, through the elegant great room to a private, covered balcony complete with table and chairs which are perfect for enjoying 'sundowner' cocktails while relaxing in the cooling tradewind breezes and watching the boats moving in and out of the harbor. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is conveniently located and designed for ease of preparing snacks, blending up an island drink or cooking a full meal at home!  There is a wall mounted air conditioner in the kitchen. The inviting great room is tastefully appointed and decorated in a tropical motif and features comfortable seating and unique artwork as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa.  Cable TV service, DVD player, stereo system, WIFI internet, CDs, and books are available for your entertainment.  Enjoy dining inside or dine alfresco on the covered balcony. Ceiling fans and screened windows allow the refreshing tradewinds to flow throughout the condo.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and has individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fan.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds and both bedrooms share a full bath with tiled walk-in shower.  The layout is perfect for friends traveling together, couples or a small family.  The private pool for Battery Hill Condominiums is located a short distance from the front door to Sea Grape and features numerous lounge chairs available for sunbathing. Additional lounge chairs are located in a covered and shaded area by the pool and are ideal for reading or lounging. Several 'high top' tables and chairs are also available in the pool deck area.  A gas BBQ grill and free guest laundry facilities are located on the lower common area deck.  Beach chairs, beach cooler and beach towels are provided to take along on your visits to our many world class beaches. Battery Hill is a beautifully landscaped enclave located within the village of Cruz Bay with an ambiance well suited to those looking for luxurious amenities and convenience of location. 

If both 12/25 and 12/31 are requested together, a 10 night minimum stay may be required.
