Four stools are available at the counter to help you gather in the kitchen. The great room has two couches that allow you to view the water and the flatscreen TV (65"). Enjoy family fun with games and a large DVD collection with Blu-Ray players. The office features an ergonomic chair, a computer with dual monitors and a black-and-white printer. The Wi-Fi coverage has been increased to cover the entire house. Ceiling fans keep the air moving throughout the house and lanai.

The master bedroom suite, which boasts a brand new king bed and a 55-inch TV, is located directly off the lanai. It has stunning water views and is open to the pool. The large master bathroom has a walk in shower, luxury tub and dual sinks. It also includes a vanity. Separate guest wings offer privacy and more views of the water. The bath doubles as a pool tub. The guest bedroom has a 55-inch TV and the third bedroom has a 40-inch TV. The third bedroom has blackout curtains for those who wish to sleep later (or for the kids).

Our home is only five minutes from the beach and restaurants, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. You can fish from the dock, or you can relax and watch for dolphins. We have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and beach carts. Also, tubes for the pool and boogie boards, collapsible coolers, tubes, coolers, tubes, and tubes for your enjoyment. There is enough space for two additional cars in the garage attached. This is the perfect getaway!
