The living area offers thoughtful design with ample seating and entertainment for all guests highlighting the Sonos surround sound system for high-end entertainment in any room. This space swiftly moves to the coastal chic dining area with seating for eight, creating the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The fully-stocked kitchen comes complete with a 6-burner range, filtered H2O system, Kitchen-Aid appliances, Cuisinart pod coffee pot, a large pantry space for storage, and additional breakfast bar with seating for at least four. 

The first floor Master Suites continues the attention to detail seen highlighted throughout the home offering a Queen sized bed, dual closets, and a spa-like ensuite bath with dual vanity sink, large glass door walk-in shower, and a blissful soaking tub.  Along the first floor also find the first-floor half bathroom for your convenience.

- 7-night minimums in Spring Break and Summer
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking 
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards
