Our Elkpoint townhome is at the heart of Durango Mountain Resort, moments away from the Purgatory Village Express Six-Pack Lift. This townhome represents the epitome of the resort experience for the whole family. 



Mom, Dad, Grandma or Grandpa can relax in the warmth of the great room or media room, while the kids ski to and from your slopeside home. This ski-in, ski-out location allows non-skiers to watch and feel a part of the ski activity while sitting fireside at home. 



Comfort is abundant in every feature of this home--from radiant in-floor heat (your feet will never be cold!) to warm timber accents, a deluxe, open kitchen, and stunning stone fireplaces in the great room and the master suite. 



A western lodge motif runs throughout the unit, featuring oversized leather sofas, a custom aspen bed in the master bedroom, and truly unique and rustic touches throughout. You won't want to leave! 



The first level has a private garage with ample ski or bike storage.



The next level features soaring 18-foot ceilings and a large stone fireplace in the great room. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame unforgettable views of the ski slope and an expansive deck. 



Also on this level is the kitchen which is a gourmet's fantasy. It has granite countertops and is designed for entertaining family and friends. All is there for you, deluxe appliances along with all the cooking basics. 



With almost 3000 square feet of pure luxury, the 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms will accommodate up to 12 comfortably. There are wonderful views of the Needle Mountains from the balconies of each bedroom.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our company has been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our housekeeping staff is working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our companies health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19.  We have enhanced our cleaning protocols to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety at each property We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.



A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours.  Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.  



Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. 



Cancellation Policy:

There is a cancellation fee of $100 regardless of date cancelled.

 If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your lodging, taxes, and departure cleaning fee, minus a service fee of $100, will be returned to you.  

If you find you have to cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all lodging fees will be refunded if, and only if, the unit can be re-rented for the specific dates that you have booked.  All monies, less cancellation fee, will be returned for the dates that have been re-booked. 

For reservations that are at least twenty-nine (29) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date.

Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
