Property Description
This home is about as close as you can get to the beach.This well-maintained home retains the charm of a classic beach cottage with all the modern conveniences, including granite countertops, stainless appliances and TV's in all the upstairs bedrooms. This home has a living, dining and kitchen combination with outstanding ocean views. There are hardwood floors in the central area of the home and new carpet in the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms and 2 full baths on each side of the house. One bath has a tub/shower combo, the other a shower only. The two front bedrooms(beach side) each have a queen size bed. The back left bedroom has a double bed, the right back bedroom has 2 twin beds. The front of house has a nice open deck almost directly on the beach. Facing Palmetto Blvd is a covered porch. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs with a staircase to connect with the main floor. This room has 2 twin beds and a full bath(shower only). There is not a TV in this room. The downstairs has a window a/c and a plug in heater if needed. Under the house you will also find a picnic table, charcoal grill, and an enclosed outside shower for washing off the beach sand!
