A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and adjacent dining area, queen pullout sofa in living room, cable TV, private deck, fireplace and washer & dryer in home are all featured in these accommodations. Fee based wireless Internet and daily maid service are also available. Ideal choice for families of 8 to 10 people.

Please note:
This is a private townhome in Smuggler's Noth Resort. Guests are not required to pay a resort fee, as you are only renting out the townhouse separately. If you want to use any of the amenities, such as the pool, kid zone, fitness center, etc. that's the time that you are required to purchase a pass from the smuggler's resort separately, also, if you would like to go skiing/snowboarding, you are required to purchase their lift tickets at the smuggler's front desk, as well.

Important:
Our "private" guests can only use any of the amenities if they go first thing to the front desk and pay themselves at the resort. Smuggler's resort passes and tickets are first come first serve basis and their resort guests take priority over ours. Smugglers cannot guarantee that they will have amenities passes available to our private guests (rented with our private units).
