A tropical home built around a heated** pool, Get Your Sun brings the tropics to you with swaying palm trees, thoughtful architecture, and white sand beaches just a short walk away. Enjoy “island hopping” as you explore the lushly landscaped grounds, or simply find a lounger and soak up the sun.
Get Your Sun boasts a first-floor grill near the pool, a large kitchen, an open concept living area, and a large game room on the 3rd floor. We have arranged a complimentary beach chair setup*** for you from Spring until early Fall. Renew your senses in the private Pool surrounded by palm trees. Get Your Sun’s backyard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or just a family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever! Rent this home with its twin house next door - The Sand Emperor. This will allow you to sleep over 50 people in total!

The parking pad can accommodate up to 7 standard-size vehicles.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
We provide high-thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed is the guest’s responsibility.

*Check Out – 10 AM (Central)
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
*Weddings/Events – If held on property additional $500.00 event fee is required*
**The spa/pool can be heated from Nov 1 - April 31 for an additional daily fee**
***Complimentary Beach Chair and Umbrella Setup From March week 2 - October 31.
