Welcome to the Shell Shack! This adorable cottage is stylish and restful, with thoughtful touches, gorgeous garden flowers and a sunny front deck. This home is in a residential neighborhood of Pacific City, but less than a mile to the beach. It is cozy and peaceful, with a well stocked kitchen and everything you'll need to unwind after nearby beach adventures.

Layout:

2 level home. Main level entry has kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom with queen bed, full hall bath and spacious deck. Upstairs has bedroom with queen bed and full hall bath.

Guests will check in at our local, convenient office in Pacific City. After hours arrivals will be accommodated.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
